TELEO & Co. collects as little information as possible, uses it only to serve you, and never sells or rents it to anyone.
Who we are
TELEO & Co. (Teleo and Company LLC) is a bilingual Christian formation company based in Haverhill, Massachusetts. You can reach us any time at teleopublishingco@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Information you type into a form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, church or organization, city and state, leadership role, group size, preferred language, resource of interest, desired start date, and your message.
- Your email preference. Whether you asked to receive email from us, recorded as a checkbox on the form you submitted.
- Standard server information. Our host, Netlify, records ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested in order to serve and secure the site.
We do not ask for payment card details anywhere on this site, and we never receive them. We do not ask you to disclose sensitive personal, medical, or spiritual details in order to receive a resource.
How we use it
- To send you the resource you requested.
- To answer your question or ministry inquiry.
- To send occasional Scripture-centered encouragement, product news, and gathering invitations — only if you checked the box asking for it.
- To keep the site working, secure, and free of spam.
Submitting a contact or inquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing email. Marketing consent is always a separate, unchecked box that you choose.
Who else touches your information
We use a small number of service providers, each of which has its own privacy policy:
- Netlify — hosts this site and receives form submissions.
- Payhip — processes digital purchases and delivers files when you buy a product. Your purchase details stay with Payhip; we see order information, not payment card data.
- Etsy — processes any orders placed in our Etsy shop under Etsy’s own policies.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on these pages.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the providers above, or where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run cross-site tracking. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this page and say what it measures before it goes live.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept as long as needed to answer you and to maintain our records of who asked for what. Email subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to us.
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it, and we will, except where we must keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.

Children
Our resources are written for adult women. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will revise the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described in plain language rather than buried.
