Digital Product Policy

Everything TELEO sells today is a digital file you download, keep, and may print at home. Here is what that includes, what it does not, and what happens if something goes wrong.
What you receive
- A PDF file delivered immediately after checkout, or by email in the case of the free Rooted journal.
- Formatting intended for standard home printing as well as on-screen use.
- Access to re-download from the platform where you purchased, according to that platform’s policy.
Nothing is shipped. There are no physical goods, no subscriptions, and no recurring charges.
Your license
Unless a product page says otherwise, every TELEO digital product carries a personal-use license. That means you may:
- Use the file yourself, for as long as you like
- Print copies for your own use
- Print a copy for your own household
Please do not:
- Print or forward copies for a group, class, small group, retreat, or congregation
- Share the file, upload it, or post it publicly
- Resell it, bundle it, or include it in a paid or free offer of your own
- Alter it, remove the TELEO name, or present the content as your own
- Use it to train or fine-tune an automated system
Group and church licensing is in development and is not yet available for purchase. If you would like to use a resource with a group, tell us about your ministry and we will send options as soon as they exist. We would rather grant you permission than have you guess.
Refunds
Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been delivered. That said, we care more about you than about a sale:
- If a file is damaged, incomplete, or will not open, tell us and we will send a working copy or refund it.
- If you were charged twice, tell us and we will have the duplicate refunded.
- If you bought the wrong item by mistake, write to us within seven days and we will do what we reasonably can.
Refunds are processed by the platform that took the payment — Payhip or Etsy — so their policies and timelines also apply. Write to teleopublishingco@gmail.com and we will help you sort it out.
Delivery problems
If a download link or emailed journal does not arrive, check your spam and promotions folders first, then write to us with the email address you used. We will send the file directly.
Prices and availability
Prices shown on this site are the prices at the linked checkout. If you ever find a difference between the two, the checkout price governs and we would be grateful if you told us so we can correct the page. Resources listed as in development are not purchasable and no payment is taken for them.
What these files are not
TELEO resources are devotional and educational. They are not a replacement for Scripture, the local church, pastoral care, medical care, or professional counseling, and we make no promise of a specific outcome from using them.
