Can I get a refund on a digital purchase?
Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered, but if a file is damaged, incomplete, or will not open, tell us and we will make it right. See our Digital Product Policy.
Can my church or small group use a resource together?
Current resources carry a personal-use license, so please do not copy them for a group. Group licensing is in development — tell us about your ministry and we will send options as soon as they exist.
Are resources available in Spanish?
Spanish and bilingual editions are in development and are not published yet. Los recursos en español están en desarrollo. Join the list and you will hear as soon as the first one is ready.
Can you offer counseling or pastoral care?
No. TELEO resources are not a replacement for Scripture, the local church, pastoral care, medical care, or professional counseling. If you are carrying something heavy, please reach out to your pastor or a qualified professional — and know we are praying for you.
